“Mark and Grant were brilliant from Mark having us sit in the tubs which made us realise they are not all the same to Grant organising and keeping us updated. Liam and Brett were amazing on the day with a very snug route into the garden. Great group of people and a credit to your company. we are over the moon with the service and product and if the after care is the same it’ll be perfect. Highly recommend”

“Installation has just been completed on our new hot tub. Quite a complicated job as it is elevated on a balcony,one floor from the ground! Grant and Mark guided us all the way throughout the project. The team did a first class job on the installation day. Set up was interrupted by bad weather (snow!), but undeterred, Grant came out on his day off to complete the handover! I can’t recommend this company enough. They are first class. We took our time in making a decision, a couple of months in fact! They did not pressurise us or make a nuisance of themselves. Their approach is just perfect. I will be recommending them. to all my jealous friends when they come to visit and hopefully join us for a dip in the tub!”

“Fantastic company with great products, knowledge and service! We met Grant at the showroom who helped answers all of our questions, gave great advice and explained the upkeep of a hot tub. We purchased the refresh premium plus and we were not disappointed! Chris and Jordan the delivery and fitting team were really friendly and the hot tub is very well made, spacious, has plenty of options for lighting and the sound system is brilliant. Grant explained using the product aqua pure which makes cleaning the tub very quick and easy! Minimum effort once a week and you’re good to go. The after sale service is great as well, the staff are very friendly and can provide excellent advice on any additional products that you may need. Couldn’t recommend highly enough if you’re looking for a hot tub.”

“Would like to give a specific shout out for the Hot Tub Warehouse & the manner in which they look after customers once the initial purchase has been made. Not every company wants to know once you have purchased goods. Grant has given us excellent after service following our purchase of a hot tub & sauna in February this year. The quality of products sold is excellent - and we are very happy with our purchases. Definitely the GOTO place for hot tubs in the north east.”

“Friendly staff who advised well on the hot tub options available. They offered to store the hot tub free of charge but then reacted quickly when asked to bring the delivery date forward. On the day of the install they arrived on time with a call ahead to advise a more exact time. Install and operation was well explained. Would highly recommend to other interested buyers.”

“Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, a special mention to Grant who was patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, he talked us through all of the hot tubs that met our requirements, but was never pushy or forceful In his sales approach. Big thank you to Mark and team who installed our hot tub and ensured we were happy with all aspects and operation. Paul retuned to finish the electrics and final checks and was polite and approachable, he was able to answer our questions and made sure we were confident before leaving. “Grade A! Top class! It really was an outstanding service, from walking in the the showroom to having our own Hot tub. Grant was full of knowledge, made sure we picked the right one and that we understood why , he answered every question and more, Mark came and installed it, him and his team made it look so easy, he showed us how to care and maintain for the hot tub. Very very good communication. At the end of it all I felt like if we needed any help all we'd have to do is call them. A 5 star review is not high enough. A big big big thank you, you can add me to you Happy customer list 😁”

“We have had our hot tub for week now, from meeting Mark at the showroom and speaking to Grant about delivery and installation the purchasing experience was flexible and easy, Mark and the lads came on the worst day of rain and wind and with a couple of problems overcome installed the tub. After the tub was filled Mark and Liam returned to give us a detailed guide to operating and the chemical use for keep the tub clean, valuable information needed if you are a first time buyer / user. Overall a great experience and would recommend the hot tub warehouse to everyone.”
