“Superb service from Grant, Laura and Mark! From the minute we stepped foot in the store we were met with friendly and expert knowledge to help us decide which tub was best to suit. The delivery and installation was seemless, just as they promised, and we are absolutly thrilled with the quality of the tub. Cant recommend this team enough. Thanks again!”

“Fantastic service from start to finish, delivered to a tight timescale in time for summer holidays for the kids. Needless to say they were over the moon once they got home and saw the installed hot tub. Grant was amazing and still kept in contact on his day off. The installation guy was also superb, I hope he liked the coffees! Highly recommend.”

“Brilliant company to buy from, literally done everything they said from our 1st visit to the showroom through to installation. We bought the hot tub in March but they kindly kept it in storage until our garden was ready in late June. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Love my new hot tub! 1st class service from Hot Tub Warehouse. Went in, not knowing what we wanted Grant explained everything that we needed to know. There was no pressure to buy. We were there quite a while, he went through everything. Once installed, Grant came to the house & showed us how to set temp, how to use the chemicals. Absolutely brilliant service!. Liam and Brett were amazing on the day with a very snug route into the garden.
