“Did a lot of research before going here. Extremely happy that we did! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions - and gave us information to questions we hadn't even thought of! Delivery day came, as scheduled and on time, had to be craned over the house, as no side access, which was nerve wracking but the crew were superb. Tub delivered and put into place, they showed us how to fill it correctly and basic operations. Then they back in the evening when it was filled and showed us all the controls, what they did, and what maintenance to do and how and when to do it. Absolutely 100% delighted with our purchase and the whole experience of dealing with The Hot Tub Warehouse. 👏👏👏👏👏 Thoroughly recommended 😀”

“Initially spoke to Grant, who answered all questions and explained everything in detail, nothing was a problem, he was really helpful with a good sense of humour. I ordered the hot tub one day and Mark and the team assembled and fitted it two days later, fabulous service, no hassle, no gimmicks. “Fantastic service from start to finish, delivered to a tight timescale in time for summer holidays for the kids. Needless to say they were over the moon once they got home and saw the installed hot tub. Grant was amazing and still kept in contact on his day off. The installation guy was also superb, I hope he liked the coffees! Highly recommend.”
