“Had no problems in dealing with these guys, very accommodating for hold my hot tub delivery and installation on a weekend when I finished work. I would recommend hot tub warehouse”

“First class service, no hard sell just relaxed consultation and recommendation to suit our needs, delivery and install went smoothly despite us needing to put it back,we had a couple of issues afterwards but mark and his team dealt with them promptly and without any fuss. Fantastic tub, great company to deal with, can't recommend them highly enough.”

“I ordered my hot tub in November till I prepared my plot. My hot tub was fitted in march 2017 works brilliant I've had 2 little mishps made the call the problems fixed "2-6hrs"I highly recommend this company.”

“Mark and the team could not have been more helpful. I had given up hope of getting my husband a hot tub for xmas as other companies wouldn't even come out and take a look for me as I didn't have access to get the tub down the side of my house but Mark came and worked out a plan. They were punctual, professional, friendly and informative. I would rate them excellent if it was an option. Loved having a hot tub on holiday - love having one in the back garden more !”

“I had a hot tub installed by the hot tub warehouse in December, it was funded by the Charity Make A Wish as my daughter was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma in May last year and her wish was to have a hot tub which was granted by the charity, she is so pleased and loves being in the hot tub with all her friends and family, it has given her a real boost which is great after so much treatment. The hot tub warehouse traveled down from West Chirton which took them about 7 hours so they had planned to stay the night in a hotel in Dorset, I had had lots of dealings on the phone with Mark the owner of the hot tub warehouse and he was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, there was quite a bit of planning to be done before installation. When they arrived they did a fantastic job of installing the hot tub, Mark and his employee were so friendly and could not be more helpful. I would recommend the hot tub warehouse to anyone who wishes to purchase a hot tub as I could not have asked for any more and the after care has been fantastic too when you have those questions as things arise. We were so happy with the job that my partner and I asked Mark and his employee to join us in a take away that evening as we wanted to thank them for all their hard work. We had a lovely time with them and my daughter could not be happier. My rating of their work and support is 10 out of 10 and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for all you hard work and as a family we are enjoying the hot tub so much. Julia Nunn”

“Myself and my brother purchased a hottub from Mark a couple of months ago. Mark delivered and set it up. Brilliant service. Myself and brother didnt know much about tubs!! Which ment we have had to contact mark several times with queries. Whatever time he has answered our enquiries straight away. All there staff are very friendly I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase from mark.”
