Not every company wants to know once you have purchased goods. Nothing was too much trouble, he talked us through all of the hot tubs that met our requirements, but was never pushy or forceful In his sales approach. Paul retuned to finish the electrics and final checks and was polite and approachable, he was able to answer our questions and made sure we were confident before leaving.
