I travelled 130 miles to view what was meant to be the Passion Spa Pure Collection Refresh hot tub, I had spoken on 3 occasions over the last 2 weeks regarding this tub, advertised on their website for £4690, I was asked to ring the day before travelling to ensure they still had the model in the showroom, on Friday they confirmed they did, and that the latest version was the Refresh Plus and £4790, great, we travelled up, around 2hrs or so, we arrived to find, no Passion Spa Refresh in the showroom, but some other unbranded tub being marketed as whatever the Refresh Plus was, nice fancy touchscreen panel, but not the tub we were looking to buy, not even close, then being told that they would have stock of the Passion Spa Refresh in September? Why did you tell me you had this model in stock? 3 times I confirmed this, and yet when I arrive, no Passion Spa Refresh, and some vague excuse as to why? What an absolute waste of my time and my day, I can't even see whatever this tub was we saw on Saturday listed anywhere on your website... I will certainly not be coming to pay my hard earned money with you, I work on trust and honesty, of which is clearly not what happens at your establishment.. Not impressed at all.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I recieved my swim spa in January and was advised panels where damaged. I was given the option to wait ( I was told replacements would follow shortly)but I had already booked a crane and would have been charged. The cover was also wrong. After me having to chase ( no customer service)two replacement covers the 3rd one finally correct and a failed delivery of incorrect panels I am still waiting. Despite me raising concerns on multiple occasions about potential damage due to the internal shell being exposed I was told it wouldn't impact. I now have a frame that the protective coating is crumbling on, rusting occuring due to this and build up on the lights. I have sent multiple emails asking for am update with no response. I am appalled at the lack of customer service considering the value of the item that I have made Financial commitment to.

The hot tub I received lasted 4 days before it stopped working. When I contacted them I was told “it’s only an air lock” after following instructions it still refused to work. I was told they don’t send anyone out to rectify air locks!! Only after insisting it must be more than that was someone sent to check and repair the fault. After calling at 10.30pm the fault wasn’t found and he left without a clue what was wrong. The second visit by another engineer was again unsuccessful in repairing the fault. More calls and complaints saw a third engineer arrive who supposedly changed everything and still it wouldn’t work!! I gave up and demanded a refund which took another week to get it taken away. Then another week before only receiving a partial refund. This company is not to be trusted and I question the ability of their staff to repair faults or diagnose them. I’m disgusted by the attitude and the non existing refund guarantee promise. Avoid this company!!

Hello Mr Anonymous, upon receiving your returned tub a full examination was carried out in our workshop, it was found that a foreign object had been sucked down into the filter housing which had blocked the pipework thus restricting water flow through the heater, this has likely to have been caused by you operating the tub without the filter in and with this foreign object floating around the tub. Your refund was processed as soon as the examination of the tub was carried out, the UK banking system process these refunds within 3 to 5 working days which is what has caused the delay in it showing back into your account.
We have had service from this company for 5years.we have bought two tubs from them and from day one the service has been second To none in that we were helped with planning , location,organising electrical feed. Our tub was delivered ,set up ready for use and a demonstration on how to use it.after two years we changed the location, give the first tub to our daughter and bought a new for tub for ourselves which was delivered and set up for use in new location. The first tub was lifted and transported to my daughter.this too was placed in her location and set up for use. We have recently been in touch regarding servicing and inspection of our tub And arranged service for my daughters tub.everything we have needed and wanted has been first class .we are not well off and we are pensioners .The consideration shown to us has been full of respect and all needs addressed. Would recommend anyone to visit the showroom. Thank you,

Start from the beginning, staff and owners are absolutely amazing, the communication throughout was excellent, the installation was brilliant, if we carried on talking we would of been related, the hot tub is beautiful and training to use is was excellent, thank you so much for our great product, will definitely recommend you and your products to everyone and use your services in the future, many thanks Stephen and Lisa.

Bought tub approx 6 months ago. Buying process very straightforward and kept updated on delivery times. Delivery and installation went very well, no concerns. I have used the tub nearly everyday since I got it. I had one small issue with a jet develop, I went into store to report concern. Suzy & Grant listened to my concern and Grant says I will be at yours tomorrow to rectify. Now that’s what I call customer service. Would highly recommend if you are in the market for a hot tub.

We bought a hot tub from another place and cancelled it as was taking too long and service wasn’t great , phoned these guys and by far five star treatment , got my new tub within days as it was in stock , ecstatic wave , great hot tub , the service was five stars from start to finish , would highly recommend , these guys know what they are talking about ,to the delivery guys , engineer and Mark the owner perfect job guys 👌 wouldn’t even try any where else , the tubs are high standard from these guys , total first class . Helpful and trusting , thanks guys great job .

I decided upon the Desire hot tub for sale at £7990 and downloaded the £500 discount voucher, expecting to pay £7490. When i mentioned the voucher I was informed I was already making savings of over £800. As the insulating cover is normally £300, which isn’t true as it clearly states in the promotional video it is part of the deal. And that delivery is normally £600, but I could have it for £300. I can’t imagine anyone would pay £300, let alone £600 to transport a hot tub 9 miles!! I have now sent 2 emails highlighting the issues, but no reply...... Total rip off!!!

You are correct OUR videos do PROMOTE the fact that we upgrade ALL of our customers to THE HEAT-LOCK SYSTEM COVER to provide added peace of mind and energy efficiency, but like most things in life this comes at a cost! BUT NOT TO OUR CUSTOMERS !! YOUR SECOND POINT ON DELIVERY IS VERY INTERESTING, some companies may just DELIVER your hottub, But at TheHotTubWarehouse.co.uk we provide two highly trained Technicians (who`s training doesn`t come cheap) to load, Deliver , site and set up your tub. Using extremely expensive equipment. They then train you and your family on the settings and use of the product and then provide you with comprehensive water treatment training and care advice. ALL WHILST being paid by ourselves for their time and service! The fact that you might be 9 miles down a road is irrelevant as this charge is the same if you were 90 miles away. Also the GOOD LORD does not provide our VANS,INSURANCES,TAXES,VAT and other overheads FREE OF CHARGE! I NOTICE THAT YOU didn`t actually purchase from us ? Think we dogged a bullet there !! STAY SAFE

The hot tub warehouse were very efficient in installing our hot tub did a great job getting it into garden to begin with with very little space can recommend you pop down and have a look at the warehouse we did and bought one of there tubs which we are very satisfied with thanks hottubwarehouse

Mark and the team could not have been more helpful. I had given up hope of getting my husband a hot tub for xmas as other companies wouldn't even come out and take a look for me as I didn't have access to get the tub down the side of my house but Mark came and worked out a plan. They were punctual, professional, friendly and informative. I would rate them excellent if it was an option. Loved having a hot tub on holiday - love having one in the back garden more !

The hot tub it's self is brilliant but the cost of running it is a fortune I do wish I would have known the true cost of running it before I got it and not what you say it costs to run because it cost a lot more to run than what you say

Hi Nicola, thanks for taking our call, as mentioned, it would be advisable to repair or replace the heat lock cover that your relative damaged, this will improve the energy efficiency of your tub. It is also recommended that you leave the tub switched on and running at a steady temperature in the mid 30's rather than turning it off after use. The main cost of running the tub is associated with heating the water up.
