“Delivered and set up my daughter's hot tub and managed to explain to me in plain English the maintanence and chemical management ongoing, to say the whole family is over the moon is an understatement the only issue I have with the tub is getting everyone out when it's time to go in, the tub is amazing and customer service is second to none thankyou does not express enough our thanks amazing”

“I cannot fault these guys. My hot tube was given as a gift from make a wish and these couldn’t have been more accommodating. Helping out with delivery and the staff were so pleasant. Thankyou guys.”

“We spent a long time looking for the right hot tub with the perfect seat configuration and height and depth etc we found the hot tub warehouse and they were really helpful and provided all the information we needed to help us finally select our perfect hot tub. We had to wait a while due to current situations with transport etc but it was worth the wait. Suzy or contact all the way through from order to delivery couldn't be more helpful even responding to me when she was on leave! Then the guys who delivered and installed it were great. They managed to get around a tricky corner and up some steps without any problems. Everything went smoothly we were so happy. Then the guidance about using the chemicals was also a simple process and the guys were really informative. Definitely recommend these. “Ordered in March, delivered in August. Great communication throughout the process. A fantastic hot tub. Delivery guys were top notch as it was going in a summer house, so not the easiest delivery. Had to take my gate off along with some of my fence. All done and restored with no issues. Good package along with the tub, and fully instructed in how to use it. Great service all the way from Susie and Mark. Would highly recommend this company”

“The team at HotTub Warehouse were great from start to finish. The sales process was really smooth and very well handled by Grant and the installation was carried out on time and very professionally by Rob. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we received clear instructions on how to use the unit as well. The owner, Mark also called by to check that all was ok. We go in every day , it is supporting nerve pain in my spine caused by radiotherapy and my circulation has improved so much , we now sleep like logs every night I cant say enough the benifits. “Hi.. We recently purchased our new hot tub from ‘ the hot tub warehouse’ in North Shields.. I’m 100% happy with the product and the customer service is outstanding 10 ⭐️‘S . grant has been more then Patient with us witch I appreciate so much, can’t fault the staff in the show room to the delivery guys - the delivery guys even came back out and helped us out. “We visited Hot Tub Warehouse as this retailer is local to us. However, we were in for a pleasant surprise at the size of the showroom. They stock everything from small hot tubs to swimspas. We talked about our requirements, space etc and the sales staff were very honest in recommending exactly the type of spa which would fit and be right for us. They were very attentive with questions and there after sales is absolutely on point. Would highly recommend this company to any future spa owner!”
