We have had our hot tub for week now, from meeting Mark at the showroom and speaking to Grant about delivery and installation the purchasing experience was flexible and easy, Mark and the lads came on the worst day of rain and wind and with a couple of problems overcome installed the tub. After the tub was filled Mark and Liam returned to give us a detailed guide to operating and the chemical use for keep the tub clean, valuable information needed if you are a first time buyer / user.
