I can’t cancel without calling which is insane and I can’t get through to anyone. Also the sample box I ordered smashed so half of it I can’t use it, it’s mashed inside the bubble wrap.

Hi Courtney, I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding your subscription and our response to the issues you experienced. Whilst we do try and make the fact that you are actively signing up for a subscription with us rather than purchasing a one-off box clear, I understand that this can always be improved so I will pass along your feedback to the appropriate teams. Regarding your box, unfortunately, as we have to manually process so many orders at the same time it is extremely difficult to stop these orders from being sent out. Signed up for a special mini box which arrived fairly quickly. Unfortunately the contents of the box were not the right ingredients to match the recipe card so couldn’t use it Looks like good quality though just a shame I can’t use them

I’ve been a member for over 5 years and love in individuality of each gin and gin box. My husband now subscribes to the rum box too. You can postpone a box easily if you don’t want a box that month and if a delivery doesn’t quite go as planned due to the carrier, Customer Services have always looked in to it straight away and put it right.

I only signed up for the free trial box, but was very disappointed with it. You were clearly clearing out old Christmas stock as the crisps were only just in date (in Christmas packing) as were the popcorn! A taster of a cocktail that needs rum and there was no rum. Overall not impressed. Cancelled my membership

Received my order tried Rum for a change as my husband likes rum. I'm looking forward to my next gin order . The gin is always lovely to try a different one each time. The nibbles are a bonus.

Hi Roy, Thank you for your review. We’ve looked into this and can confirm that the order was successfully delivered and accepted on April 2nd, according to the tracking information. Our delivery window for April was between April 1st and April 7th, so this falls within the expected timeframe. As outlined in our terms, payments are taken on the 23rd of each month, with deliveries scheduled for the first week of the following month. Recently changed to gin and tonic box, simply because we don't eat many snacks! This subscription allows us to taste lots of different gins that you don't find in the supermarkets, but are absolutely delicious. The intermittent sales allow us to stock up on favourites or try other new tipples. Thank you.
