“I have been with CGC for quite a while. I mainly use the Rum but the gin limoncello is sooo very nice. Especially as the summer months are coming and you want a lighter drink. The Rum has been a real hit with all the add ons it's a great surprise when you take it all out. Overall brilliant to get into very reliable you always get the best. Rate this as 5 star.”

Every box we create is carefully curated in partnership with small-batch distillers and craft producers, and each spirit is one we’re genuinely proud to share with our members. Because many of the gins and goodies we feature are produced in limited quantities, not every member will always receive exactly the same box. Particularly with Welcome Boxes, selections may differ, but they are always thoughtfully put together to give a great introduction to the club and the kind of quality you can expect going forward. We did send you our simple cancellation process on Monday, and as soon as we hear from members by phone, we can cancel their membership, it really only takes a couple of minutes. A big part of what we do at Craft Gin Club is all about discovery, introducing our members to a wide variety of craft gins (and other spirits like rum, tequila ect), including different flavour profiles and styles that you might not typically pick up in a shop. We know not every bottle will suit everyone, but that sense of exploration is at the heart of the experience. We’re also sorry to hear that the membership aspect came as a surprise. We aim to be as clear as possible during sign-up, with multiple reminders that this is a subscription, as well as follow-up emails explaining how the membership works, there’s absolutely no intention to mislead. “Absolutely disgraceful I accepted an offer with my Railcard and ended up unbeknown to me had set up a subscription! Next thing I knew was an email saying my order was on its way £47 to be taken from my credit card! Then a palaver to cancel not easy! Still not been able to cancel it. Asked for 2 call backs and several emails and gin rubbish!”

We want to reassure you that our Railcard offer, like all of our promotions, is clearly advertised as part of a membership. During sign-up, this is explained at multiple stages so customers can make an informed choice before completing their order.
