“Excellent club. A great selection of gin, tonics and snack each month. Also greatly appreciated how quick I had a reply when my box was damaged in transit. A new box was sent out the same day. Excellent customer service!!”

“Gotta say it had me surprised, I never tried this brand of rum and I was amazed how much was packed into the box aswell, I truly enjoyed it, specially the ideas from the book of mixing the rum with other drinks and such, and best part is I can enjoy it with out it clashing with my medication, so I am truly grateful and happy to be ordering again”

“I've been with Craft Gin Club for a few years now and always look forward to my gin or rum box arriving. The contents of the boxes are always packed full of good quality items and the booster box is a great addition and also good value for money. The book explains how to make the cocktail of that month and the snacks are a great compliment.When ever I've had a query or issue (which to be fair its only been once in 5 years) with an order its been dealt with immediately. So here's to more years of gin or rum from Craft Gin. Cheers 🥃”

“excellent gins, can't decide if the extras justify the cost. Delivery through Evri really poor as the times given for delivery bear no relation to the times actually delivered. So if you want your delivery you are in for the day”

“Well for some reason I only got December's leftovers and not January's which had been advertised in an email to me. So I cannot comment, a great pity. Things seem to be creaking somewhat ar the Craft Gin Club.”

“Was disappointed with the contents of the Gin Club box. Thought it was going to be quite special being my first order. Popcorn, couple bottles of 50ml of gin, tiny bottle of Angustura Bitters, small bottle of Mulled wine, one glass... strange contents. Just disappointed that even for £6.99 it was a 'nothing suprise'!”

To clarify, the Taster Box is completely free, with the £6.99 covering postage and packaging only. Even so, we always ensure the contents meet or exceed the promised value, and we aim to be as clear as possible about what the box includes so members know what to expect. The Taster Box is designed as an introduction to Craft Gin Club, giving a variety of samples, treats, and two 5cl gins rather than a full-sized bottle, so members can explore before deciding whether the club is right for them. “The gins offered in the club are varied and arrive really well packaged. I do find the cost quite high and would appreciate the ability to have a monthly or bi-monthly box offered that just provides the gin, with nothing else. At the moment the choices are either a box with the gin and just tonics, or a box with the gin, nibbles and tonics, both cost £47. I would rather forgo the extras and just have the gin at a lower cost. My other comment would be that yes you can change your subscription at any time between monthly and bi- monthly, but the option to just skip your next delivery would be good. Other than these quibbles the gins offered are of good quality from independant craft gincompanies, which is great.”
