“I accepted an introductory offer that said I could cancel any time. However, cancelling is impossible online and apparently it is necessary to phone them to cancel. Therefore I would not recommend.”

“Having been a member of the craft gin club since it started on the whole the products have been exceptional. Just been disappointed with the rum box. There are three different type of rum, but all the customer gets is just one type. If you could vary it then I would return”

“I only ordered a taster box and found I'd unwittingly signed up to a subscription. Had to telephone to end the subscription as there is no facility to do this online. Had to be fairly persistent on the phone to get the agent to end the subscription. Why does everything have to be a subscription now?”

“The club itself is great but you MUST improve the way people cancel regular subscription as I'm sure how you're making it so difficult is illegal. We really liked the free box but couldn't commit to the high cost going forward. It was simply too expensive. Trying to cancel was a nightmare and has put me off for life. Your 1star ratings on Trustpilot show there are many, many people saying the same thing and it isn't fair on your staff who seem to be excellent - especially Esme.”

“The original concept was brilliant and I eagerly subscribed to it. It has, however, lost some of its shine since the CVA came into force and my money has disappeared. Not too sure at the moment that I will resubscribe now I no longer get my 'free' box.”

“Still fun to get a new gin to try every 2 months in our case but worring what I'm reading as both a Shareholder and a Bond holder. If peopledon't see the big picture and cancel subscriptions it could quickly go even more pear shaped.”

“I only signed up for the free trial box, but was very disappointed with it. You were clearly clearing out old Christmas stock as the crisps were only just in date (in Christmas packing) as were the popcorn! A taster of a cocktail that needs rum and there was no rum. Overall not impressed. Cancelled my membership”

“Love the gin wish the mixers were a bit different not all soda water all the time so fed up with soda water wish for some differnt flavourings to make it brighter and more enjoyable and a few differnt snacks wish we could select a few snacks of our choice”

“The gins offered in the club are varied and arrive really well packaged. I do find the cost quite high and would appreciate the ability to have a monthly or bi-monthly box offered that just provides the gin, with nothing else. At the moment the choices are either a box with the gin and just tonics, or a box with the gin, nibbles and tonics, both cost £47. I would rather forgo the extras and just have the gin at a lower cost. My other comment would be that yes you can change your subscription at any time between monthly and bi- monthly, but the option to just skip your next delivery would be good. Other than these quibbles the gins offered are of good quality from independant craft gincompanies, which is great.”

Whilst we do post our dietary guidance for our boxes prior to the dispatch of the monthly boxes, we understand that not being able to enjoy a box to its fullest can be extremely frustrating.
