I DID NOT ENJOY THE GINS IN MY TEST ORDER, HENCE ME NOT WANTING TO SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR COMPANY i AM AFARIAD i AM A GORDONS LONDON GIN AND TONIC LOVER AND THESE FANCY ONES DO NOTHING FOR ME IT WAS WORTH THE EXPERIENCING TRYING OTHER GIN FLAVORS BUT THEY ARE NOT FOR ME i DO NOT LIKE RUM OF ANY KIND

I have ordered from the sale and twice one of the bottles of gin was missing. After emails/telephone calls the missing gin has been replaced with simply a courteous apology . I do not rate this as good customer service even though the gins purchased are excellent I am reluctant to order again .

I love my taster box so I joined on a monthly subscription. My first box arrived and it was nearly identical to my taster box. This mo th I have been charged twice for my subscription after contacting cs i got no help at all and cant even cancel without phoning

They like to soft talk the customers who wants to leave and get them to stay. Just beware of this before you sign up. One of the final straw for me to leave is to get a gin box came with a gin I previously had, and they cancelled the old reward scheme. When I finally decide to leave, I got so annoyed as it was so faff to leave.

Hiya Ian, We're sorry to hear about the frustration you have had regarding your delivery and would like to apologise for the gap between payment and delivery! As we are a relatively small company all deliveries have to be processed manually from our end and as we are sending out such a large amount of boxes this leads to said gap. I can’t cancel without calling which is insane and I can’t get through to anyone. Also the sample box I ordered smashed so half of it I can’t use it, it’s mashed inside the bubble wrap.

Whilst we do try and make the fact that you are actively signing up for a subscription with us rather than purchasing a one-off box clear, I understand that this can always be improved so I will pass along your feedback to the appropriate teams. Hi Roy, Thank you for your review. We’ve looked into this and can confirm that the order was successfully delivered and accepted on April 2nd, according to the tracking information. Our delivery window for April was between April 1st and April 7th, so this falls within the expected timeframe. As outlined in our terms, payments are taken on the 23rd of each month, with deliveries scheduled for the first week of the following month. Did not receive full box. I asked to cancel and was told I have to do this over the phone. I had to send a screenshot on online T&CS which states you have to email.

To clarify, all Craft Gin Club memberships are cancelled over the phone, it really is a quick process and takes less than 2 minutes. Once you give us a call, our team can immediately cancel your membership and talk you through any next steps. We completely understand it can feel different from what you saw online on the global site, but rest assured on the UK site we inform members they need to go through the cancellation process, calling is the fastest way to get this sorted. Every box we create is carefully curated in partnership with small-batch distillers and craft producers, and each spirit is one we’re genuinely proud to share with our members. Because many of the gins and goodies we feature are produced in limited quantities, not every member will always receive exactly the same box. Particularly with Welcome Boxes, selections may differ, but they are always thoughtfully put together to give a great introduction to the club and the kind of quality you can expect going forward. Initially disappointed with the taste strength the extremely disappointed that I had unwittingly signed up to receive a further installment at the full price. Felt hoodwinked into a sneaky way of potentially subscribing to full subscription without my full knowledge

A big part of what we do at Craft Gin Club is all about discovery, introducing our members to a wide variety of craft gins (and other spirits like rum, tequila ect), including different flavour profiles and styles that you might not typically pick up in a shop. We know not every bottle will suit everyone, but that sense of exploration is at the heart of the experience. We’re also sorry to hear that the membership aspect came as a surprise.
