Yet to receive my order, but customer service was prompt in getting back to me, regarding my concerns and was assured that they haven’t sent box out yet but assured me it would be sent to correct address

I haven’t been into drinking spirits and such but I have enjoyed drinking these quality rum boxes (I would get the gin and rum but I can’t afford it)

As a rum and gin drinker I tend to stick to brands I know. This platform allows me to taste drinks that have been picked by the club that I wouldn’t normally buy. Also the mixers and snacks are great too .

Ordered some sale gin, Evri lost package, gin club dispatched replacements twice - I assume all mysteriously missing at warehouse. 3 bottles of gin finally arrived instead of the four I had paid for. Tidal gin never turned up. Issue with both companies

I’ve been a member for over 5 years and love in individuality of each gin and gin box. My husband now subscribes to the rum box too. You can postpone a box easily if you don’t want a box that month and if a delivery doesn’t quite go as planned due to the carrier, Customer Services have always looked in to it straight away and put it right.

excellent gins, can't decide if the extras justify the cost. Delivery through Evri really poor as the times given for delivery bear no relation to the times actually delivered. So if you want your delivery you are in for the day

Contents of package are interesting, informative ( great magazine) and pretty good value for money. Unfortunately the planned recipient now wants to stick with her normal boring tipple so I will cease membership.

I tried the rum club as you have a cheap first time offer. I've cancelled because I can't afford the full price. But we are enjoying the box. Only problem was you sent the wrong sheet with how to make the cocktails. It had different rum and mixers on it. Which is a shame but we just guessed measurements. Lovely rum and my husband was excited to get a gift in the post.

What you have received is the Welcome box which contains a variety of items from different previous boxes to create a fun and new experience that you can enjoy. Whilst some of the contents may be referring to alternative items that you have not received, we can guarantee that if you substitute them with the wonderful Rum you have received it will be just as good!
