This subscription was a gift. I was really impressed with the box when it arrived. Full size bottle of gin and lots of supporting mixers, snacks and cocktail bits. Really enjoyed.it cannot wait for the next!

We do ask members to call us to cancel, not to make the process harder, but so that we can answer any final questions, gather feedback, and ensure everything is processed correctly. Our cancellation calls take around 2 minutes on average, including any wait time, and we send a confirmation email while you're still on the call so you have immediate confirmation that your membership has been cancelled. Regarding our taster box, the offer and any ongoing membership details are clearly outlined during the sign-up process, but we appreciate your feedback and will continue looking at ways to make information as clear as possible for customers. Yet to receive my order, but customer service was prompt in getting back to me, regarding my concerns and was assured that they haven’t sent box out yet but assured me it would be sent to correct address

I only ordered a taster box and found I'd unwittingly signed up to a subscription. Had to telephone to end the subscription as there is no facility to do this online. Had to be fairly persistent on the phone to get the agent to end the subscription. Why does everything have to be a subscription now?

How can I write a review when I haven't received even the initial taster box that was ordered and paid for by my daughter for my birthday present. Disgusting service, would never recommend!

I haven’t been into drinking spirits and such but I have enjoyed drinking these quality rum boxes (I would get the gin and rum but I can’t afford it)

I recived my trial box and loved the selection and mixer drinks. I also liked the fact that you had a card with a recipe to make a specific drink with a few of the drinks in the box.

I love my taster box so I joined on a monthly subscription. My first box arrived and it was nearly identical to my taster box. This mo th I have been charged twice for my subscription after contacting cs i got no help at all and cant even cancel without phoning

As a rum and gin drinker I tend to stick to brands I know. This platform allows me to taste drinks that have been picked by the club that I wouldn’t normally buy. Also the mixers and snacks are great too .
