“My order was received within the stated time 2/3 days, although the unit was the wrong model. However on contacting the business, they quickly rectified the error by sending out a replacement unit, which was received 2 days later. The original unit was picked up a few days later. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend the business to all my business associates.”

“Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly. We haven't received the product (set of steps) yet but I called and was told they are on their way and will be delivered in the next day or two. The lady I spoke to went to the trouble of checking the status of the order and was able to tell me it was with the carrier. This kind of customer service is great and wins repeat business!”
