“Original feedback: Ordered the product but has still not arrived, I have chased up customer service and the product is out of stock until next week. Why was the order processed and payment taken? Updated feedback 17th Feb 2015: Following the initial problems I was contacted by Emma who gave me the chance of a refund and also gave me an expected delivery date. I continued with the order and the product arrived as expected and we are happy with the quality. I today received a courtesy call from Emma checking if all was ok which helped improve the customer experience. I would order from this company again.”
