“This was the first time that I had purchased an item of this type and when it arrived I realised it was not suitable. I contacted the company and explained the problem, which was entirely my fault. They were very understanding and arranged to have the item collected from my home and returned to themselves. The company acted very professionally at all stages of this transaction.”
