“I am so happy with The Workplace Depot. The ordering process went very smoothly thanks to Mr James Kitchen - National Accounts Manager who took my telephone call. The help and support I received was first class. I was given plenty of time to put my order together without feeling rushed into making any quick decisions. When I had decided on the items I required I was then given the costs and an estimated delivery date. (Spot On Service) There was a slight delay by the manufacturers against the original delivery date but the customer service team were on hand to contact them and to keep me updated as to the new date. This was OK as these delays do happen sometimes but if kept informed can be accepted. The items arrived and were checked OK the drivers being very courteous and efficient. It only leaves me to say that I would not hesitate to recommend The Workplace Depot and would certainly purchase from this supplier in the future.”
