“The product is good and has made my car parked on my drive more secure. Very happy with that. But 2 negatives: (1) Two of the bollards didn't have the bolts with them. Annoying. This meant that the builder fitting them had to get more bolts and shape them to size. This added to the cost of installation. I messaged the company about this bit got no reply. (2) One of the rubber caps on one bollard has already broken off after one week of use. Disappointing.”

“service was excellent. I think the lady on the phone (Sansa) was very polite, helpful and very professional. When I collected my order, it was there ready exactly how Sansa arranged it. Wouldn't have any problems recommending this company and product.”

“Great communication on email and phone after the purchase. Easy to use website and efficient sending of invoice. Only ciriticism is that it was unclear to me the leadtime on my purchase. The website said 'in stock' which implies ready to send when in reality, after the purchase I had to email to find out a delivery date and was told the item was being 'made to order' and would but up to 5 weeks. It was a wooden workbench and items similar should be re-worded to 'buy now' and then a note to tell the customer the leadtime BEFORE purchase”

“The ramp I purchased was to allow me to ride my sit on mower into my shed which stands about 100mm of the floor, it works perfectly and there is no give in the ramp it is very strong as it's easily able to take my sit on mower and rear grass box and me with ease. Delivery was on time and dealing with Workplace was a doddle so I would order from them again.”

“The workbench was manufactured to a high quality and exactly as described. It arrived within the suggested delivery date by a very friendly and helpful delivery man, and it was extremely well wrapped and protected so was pristine on arrival. I would have no hesitation to recommend this company to anyone who wants good value products delivered as promised”
