“The initial product had been returned by a previous customer and awas defective. Complaint was dealt with immediately and with courtesy and efficiency and I had a replacement the next day. This is a company that is a delight to deal with.”

“An order for a desk was placed before 3pm (Thursday) for next day delivery (Friday), it was only when I called up for the second time (4pm Friday) I was informed it had not been picked up by the courier because it was past the cut off time when the order was placed. When I called up at the beginning of the day (Friday) I was told I would have it before 5pm, instead of being told it was not collected by the couriers, haven’t received the product and the soonest it can be delivered is Wednesday next week, not very impressed”

“Brilliant next day delivery service item was well packed but I was dissapointed by the fact that it was very flimsy, suspect it's made in China. My previous ladder was aluminium and lightweight but felt a lot more sturdy and was well over 10 yeard old unfortunately I lent it to someone who was moving house and never got it back”

“The storage cabinet arrived at the correct date and time. However, the assembly instructions were comically bad. The drawings were small and difficult to interpret. The large metal panels (front, back and sides) warp incredibly easily. The net result is I have a new storage cabinet that already looks 5 years old. Yes, you could argue some of this is user error but I would recommend caution for non-tradespeople.”
