What a painful process. Completed ALL details on line to be told we needed to ring urgently. Horrendous lines unable to hear the call handler line disconnected so had to ring back and be put on hold again to be put through to an alternative call handler. All questions I’d already answered were asked again 60 minutes later we were finally sorted. I shan’t be out through this painful experience again will be going elsewhere next time.
