“I would not read too much into the reviews on here as I don't know who they have been dealing with. We have just had our policy cancelled after Footprint claimed we had not sent correct documentation, this had been sent via email, to which they have responded to. I have now had to cancel a week's worth of jobs to try and get this sorted out!! Disgraceful. Letters sent out, giving seven days to implement something, the letter arrives on the day it is due!! Don't go near them, bunch of cowboys!”
