“Shocking. They lost my documents I sent to them twice so had to keep re-sending every couple of days getting emails in big red letters threatening to stop my insurance. Then get a email saying that I had given them wrong details of when I got my license which I know I gave them the correct details. So obviously the broker had taken the year of my license and not checked the date that mistake added an extra £170 which I had a week to pay or my insurance would be cancelled. DO NOT USE THEY ARE MICKY MOUSE”
