“I am not happy with dan who went through and explained what I was actually buying. And when I declared my 3 penalty points. Dan who was advertising the insurance to me. He turned round and said don't worry about declaring your points. We will do it another time. Which I obviously accepted and automatically assumed it was tge rite thing to do. Then 2 months later I've received a fine and also my monthly instalments increased quite significant. Only interest dan had was to make sure I bought that insurance regardless of my points”

“On the whole this was a good experience and site. My only concern was that I was receiving sales calls from external companies and reminders to fill in the quotation request from The Van Insurer before I'd even had chance to complete the form!”

“I didn't realise that a pickup truck was classed as a van....the larger insurers were quoting way too much but when I came upon Van Insurer they made sense and they took my old no claims bonus into account which lowered the charge to a reasonable amount Chris Jagger”

“The process all the way through was good the only bit we struggled a bit with was vans seem to have many letters & numbers & I know that's not your fault but it was a bit mind boggling finding the right 1”
