“I placed the order on a Friday and only slightly after 2pm for next day delivery , i called them and they politely checked and made sure i had my order for Monday Morning (i must say very early at 08:30AM!) Hi Tim, I'm truly sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your delivery. We take prompt delivery very seriously indeed, especially when our customers have paid for delivery by a specific time. I've just checked with our courier and it looks like, instead of being delivered on Tuesday, your order was delivered and signed for on Thursday. Whilst we definitely despatched it on the 15th as promised it appears that an issue with the courier caused it to be mis-routed. We have lodged a formal complaint and hope to hear back from them when they re-open on Monday. In the meantime I have refunded your full delivery cost back to your payment card by means of an apology as well as providing a further discount off your purchase price as a gesture of good faith.
