“Finding a minor mistake in my delivered order, I telephoned them and was able to speak immediately to helpful staff with instant detailed information on their stocks. With no quibbles they sent out an agreed up-graded product immediately with no extra charge, even though I had been prepared to pay the difference, and it arrived the following day. A rare example of actually going "beyond expectations". This is how all companies should be! Well done The Tape Store - I was happy, and a day later I ordered again!”

“My Leica 360 adapter arrived the next day which was a lot quicker than expected. Wasn’t 100% as the price for this adapter varies a lot. Everything looks ok, it fits my x4 Disto so all is well. I’d recommend the tape store to friends and family.”
