Sorry to write a poor review but I placed my order on 19/05/21 and paid for next day delivery. I still have not revived my order. if and when I receive my order I will change my review.

I ordered the goods on 7/8th august and it,s now 13th august and i have not recieved a delivery.

Ten days have now passed and having paid £5.99 for a delivery service the product i ordered still hasn't arrived.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your feedback. We have checked and can see that your order was dispatched on schedule with delivery attempted on the next working day but no one was in. The tracking information shows that the courier carded you to let you know that they had taken your parcel to your local UPS Access point and we are sorry if you have not received this information. Unfortunately, we have not been able to contact you by phone because no telephone number was entered when your order was placed online, but we have forwarded details of your shipment and the UPS Access Point to you by email which we hope you have now received. Website claimed item in stock. After chasing told delivery would be 7-days... which turned into 20-days.

Dear Mr Edwards, Please forgive the error with your order. As per our phone call we have just moved to our new offices. When we normally process an order our system gives an exact stock location for the item and then we scan the barcode of the product to avoid any errors in picking. Unfortunately in the few days following our move this system was not up and running properly and to avoid delays we reverted back manually selecting the items. In the case of your order this was not done correctly and we apologise that the glass fibre version of the tape was sent out instead of the steel model. We have now sent out the correct models as promised and included a free Komelon tape as a gesture of goodwill. All our systems are now up and running and with our new warehouse we hope to avoid any such errors in the future. Once again please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Product was faulty. They had sent UPS to pick it up and send me a replacement! Never materialised so had to instigate a complaint with PayPal to retrieve money! Eventually got a full refund! Poor customer service!

Expected next day delivery, half the order delivered on day three. Still awaiting the most expensive part of the order six days on, granted there is a bank holiday but should have received the order before. Also don't know if second part will come by "Express Courier" but first part delivered by the postman. Worst of all no contact with us to advise of late delivery or as I suspect the items being out of stock.

Hello Lee, Thank you for your review and sincere apologies there has been an issue here. I can categorically assure you that none of the items on your order were out of stock. We never, ever mark anything as in stock that isn't. All items were dispatched on the same day - the day promised by our website when ordering. We have two depots so part of your order was dispatched from one and part from another - hence the two separate parcels. We can provide proof of postage for both if required. I've just gone onto the UPS tracking system after receiving your review - they have noted that - "We've incorrectly sorted the package at our facility. This may cause at least one business day delay." I will email you the tracking information privately - whilst this doesn't excuse the mistake on the part of our courier it does show that we dispatched your parcel on time as promised. You are correct that the bank holiday has got in the way here - because businesses were closed Friday/Monday due to the Easter break UPS weren't able to inform us of their mistake. Had it been a normal Friday we would've received a notification and would've immediately got in touch with you. We take our customers' happiness very importantly indeed and would never look to let them down. It goes without saying that you have our sincere apologies for the delay - we will look into this and speak to all parties involved to insure that this never happens again.
