“great products , have had numerous deliveries , but some times the carrier lets you down , last delivery was supposed to have been left with neighbour , no contact was made with neighbour , so I had to collect form depot , a long and time consuming journey , however will still be ordering with you Dale”

“Just a slight hiccup, on the box containing our measuring wheel were two 'delivery' notes. One showing the billing address and one showing the delivery address. The parcel was delivered to the billing address. R. Johnson”

Hello Beryl, many thanks for leaving a review. Thanks for commenting on the quality of the product you bought. I appreciate that you feel your delivery took a long time but it only took 3 or 4 working days, depending on whether you received it yesterday or today. Our website does clearly state that all orders placed over the weekend (as yours was) will be despatched the following Monday and that Royal Mail 2nd Class deliveries (like yours) will take, on average, 2-4 working days to arrive. Your order was therefore right on schedule. We do offer Royal Mail 1st Class and next day courier options for those who need their orders that bit quicker. Thank you for your review of our product/service, however - all feedback is incredibly useful.

I'm sorry that you/we had a little difficulty with our courier - we chose Interlink after a lot of trial and error, finding that they were the best by some margin. Now and again drivers can't find addresses - I suppose that's inevitable - but I'm sorry for the day's delay in getting your tapes to you. Please let me know if there's anything else we can do for you in the future.

“It was very helpful to talk through what I was looking for with someone who knew the range. I was looking for a gift to order and be sent direct to a friend. I was so pleased to know that this tape existed that I ordered one to be sent direct to me also. It arrived today and looks just what I wanted, probably the gift to my friend has been received today too ... however, I suspect he will also have received the PRICED delivery note which is definitely not what you want to happen if you are giving a friend a present. Surely there's no need to show the price paid on the delivery note. If there is then you need a facility to be told if it's a gift when the order is placed. Shame, it was 100% excellent service otherwise.”

Instructions were left to leave out the invoice but clearly something went wrong on the warehouse floor. Hi Dennis, thanks for leaving a review and thank you very much for your business. Your package was shipped on Friday by UPS courier as promised and is currently en route. Your location (being a little on the North side of Scotland) can take a little long for deliveries as suggested by our website. That said, we'll track your parcel now and come straight back to you with a delivery date. Thanks again.

“Even though they sent the wrong measuring tape, they were nothing but helpful and apologetic on the phone... hopefully this will be sorted soon but I was impressed at how quickly they refunded me, paid for the cost of posting back the wrong product and sorted out delivering the right tape measure. Overall I'm rather impressed!”

Hi Pete, thanks for leaving such a positive review and for being so understanding. We had a new member of staff start the day you ordered and he accidentally picked the wrong tape... In his defence he felt terrible about it... we all make mistakes now and the two tapes were right next to each other :-) I'm glad we managed to sort things out for you and that you've got the tape you wanted. In terms of refunding the return postage it's the least we could do! Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you going forward.

“This is our first order, I phoned to speak with an advisor, lines were busy and was ask to leave my name & number and an advisor would ring me back. Always jubious of this, but my mind was quickly put to rest. Within half hour, an advisor rang. After dealing with my query, the advisor took my order & payment and the following working day I received my Tapes before lunchtime. I shall use The Tape Store again - thank you.”
