“Overall the experience with The Tape Store was good, not happy that the clerk that called to advise that part of the stock was on delay would incur an extra delivery charge. This was not processed on this occasion as we advised to cancel the order if the extra charge was made. The remaining part of the order arrived the next day which was good.”

“An amazing range of products and very happy with my BMI tape measure trio. My only problem was the slow delivery - products were marked as in stock, I paid for 1st class delivery and expected a dispatch notice. I received no further communication and my items arrived nearly 2 weeks after the order.”

“I had lost a special tape measure which showed the internal measure in a clear window on top. I looked many places for it and then found the Tape Store. Not only did it have one just like mine it had one better: a unique internal/external tape measure that also has a digital readout, centre point calculator etc etc. I got the latter. I must say it did take a while to arrive so it would be good to get a message such as "we're waiting for your order to come in." But other than that, great. Need a tape measure? Look here first!”

“Only just received the tape measures so cannot comment on durability. Tape is accurate which is the reason I wanted this brand. Its already fallen a couple of times and the plastic body seems non the worse. I've checked the fixed body measure which is indicated as 60mm but it is in fact 59mm so a slight inaccuracy there”
