“i have'nt received my purchase yet so can't comment”

Hi Owen, many thanks for leaving a review. Your order was dispatched on the 21st (you ordered around 9pm when our warehouse is closed so your order would've been picked the next morning)... Because Royal Mail don't deliver 2nd Class business parcels over the weekend you should've received it between 24th and the 26th. Please do let us know if you didn't receive your order between those dates and we'll absolutely take it up with Royal Mail!

“Having looked around for a Fisco Big T 5 metre tape I decided to try out The Tape Store. Found the site very easy to use and couldn't be happier with the product. High quality, very accurate and looks like it will take a bit of a beating. Can't fault the service or the product, recommended”

Thanks Quentin, the Big T is certainly a top quality tape - it really stands up against Stanley's FatMax Xtreme tapes and, unlike the Stanley, is Class I accurate. Definitely a wise purchase!

“The Tape Store, what can I say, awesome..... I wanted some advise on which Leica DISTO to purchase for my plumbing business and Ian at The Tape Store went out of his way to gather as much advise he could from another colleague and phoned me and went through everything, now that's what I call customer service...... I've since purchased the Leica DISTO X310 which is perfect for me. The delivery service is spot on aswell, ordered it through Ian and it was with me the following day 10/10”
