“Placed an order for a Bahco LTS 100m tape for our Archery Club, and immediately received a call from the company advising that the last stock item had just been sold so they needed to get some more in. The tape arrived just a day later and all I can say is that this is some of the best Customer Service I have received in a very long time..... well done and The Tape Store deserve recognition for this exceptional service. “Impossible to get any technical advice from your staff on tape details. They just said that they were only on the reception desk. In the end I had to go the Fisco direct to get the info I needed to complete the purchase.”

“Only just received the tape measures so cannot comment on durability. Tape is accurate which is the reason I wanted this brand. Its already fallen a couple of times and the plastic body seems non the worse. I've checked the fixed body measure which is indicated as 60mm but it is in fact 59mm so a slight inaccuracy there”
