“I purchased the 3 metre BMi tape/ ruler, I work in an engineering office and the tape has a novelty factor but also very practable, very clear graduations and the convex tape makes measuring easy, operation of opening and closing are easy, I am very pleased with this purchased and would recommend.”

“An amazing range of products and very happy with my BMI tape measure trio. My only problem was the slow delivery - products were marked as in stock, I paid for 1st class delivery and expected a dispatch notice. Dear Mr Edwards, Please forgive the error with your order. As per our phone call we have just moved to our new offices. When we normally process an order our system gives an exact stock location for the item and then we scan the barcode of the product to avoid any errors in picking. Unfortunately in the few days following our move this system was not up and running properly and to avoid delays we reverted back manually selecting the items. In the case of your order this was not done correctly and we apologise that the glass fibre version of the tape was sent out instead of the steel model. We have now sent out the correct models as promised and included a free Komelon tape as a gesture of goodwill. All our systems are now up and running and with our new warehouse we hope to avoid any such errors in the future. Once again please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
