“Even though there appeared to be an issue with the delivery address the Tape store sent multiple emails to try to clarify and resolve the mix up which as it turned out was the carriers and nothing to do with myself or the Tape Store. Service was first class”

“I purchased the new MMS2 damp meter (which after much research, the Tapestore had it for the lowest price) and a Leica laser Disto product, again, the lowest price I had found it. Both products arrived the next day by UPS as promised. Very happy with the level of service, would recommend to family, friends and collegues and would definetely use the Tapestore again.”

You mentioned a courier on your order you chose to go with a standard Royal Mail 2nd Class service - we state that this can take 2-4 working days or more. Obviously if it took longer than that we apologise for the delays - Royal Mail can, on occasion, take a bit longer depending on their workload at the time. “I purchased the Fisco BT8ME Big T Tape. Product was very promptly despatched and arrived well packed. The Fisco tape is British made which is a bonus. Used it for the first time yesterday and was impressed with the ruggedness, stop and release function, accuracy as well as the belt holder. All in all an excellent buy. Had a small query which sent by email and was answered very quickly by the Tape Store. Would recommend.”
