“The whole purchasing experience was excellent. After looking on the website I had an idea of which item I wanted to buy but decided to phone and ask for advice. A very knowledgeable member of staff explained exactly what each model of the item did which persuaded me to choose a different model. Since the item was delivered as promised I have had a chance to use it and am completely happy with my purchase.”
