“I was glad to finally source a cream coloured men's dress shirt for a family wedding. Ordering was fine. I hoped the shirt would arrive in 3 days but it took the full 5 working days. The sizing was not by collar (just S/M/L) so I ordered the large, as according to the site this was suitable for 15.5" collar. The fabric felt good quality, the collar was perfect, but the body was far too small & nothing from the armpits down had a hope of buttoning. Husband had to wear a shirt he already had in another colour. It was cost me £3 postage to return it 2nd Class, as not Freepost option on the return label & I am now awaiting a refund. One week since it was posted back, but I don't expect to have to wait more than another 2weeks or I will not be happy.”

“I wasn't happy because they sent me the wrong size. I ordered large and received xlarge. Even though large was on the invoice .”
