I ordered two shirts as birthday presents for my partner
They arrived promptly but one was delivered in its correct protective packaging and the other a white cotton shirt just placed in the outer postage without any plastic cover on it
This is extremely disappointing when paying for a birthday present costing £80 ( per shirt )
Could have been damaged/ stained
This needs to be addressed for any customers future orders
