“In a week the only correspondence I've had from the company about my prefer is the PayPal confirmation and an email asking me to review. Seems a bit unprofessional.”

Hi Gethin, thank you very much for your recent order and email. I see that you placed an order with us 4 days ago (6.27pm on Thursday). Your order was packed that evening and dispatched first thing, 9am on Friday by your chosen delivery method - 1st class post (As stated on our site, estimated delivery 1-2 working days) Because of the bank holiday there is no post on Monday. Your order, if it hasn't already arrived will do so on Tuesday. In regards to communications from us, you would have received an email confirming your order and another letting you know that your order was dispatched (I suggest that you check your junk folder if you haven't seen them come in as my system says that the emails were delivered) I am sorry if you were hoping your order would arrive for Saturday, we do offer a special delivery service which would have guaranteed your delivery for then. “Delivery was quick and the item was well priced, especially considering the extra goodies that were packed with it. I'm extremely happy with the product and the handwritten note on the packing slip, that was a nice touch. I'll be recommending you guys to all of my friends and can see myself coming back for more in no time! Thanks, Rainbow FX!!”

“First off the order was dispatched and delivered quickly, which is great! But then I opened the package to find that I had been given some free products and a hand written note which was very nice to see that Rainbow-FX put so much time and care into their customers. I got a wristband, some stickers, a menthol inhaler and an extra flashing light. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants diffraction glasses and related raving products.”

“My order was delivered very quickly, and included a personal message and doodle! I took the glasses to a festival- they really made the music/dj sets so much better, everything seemed boring if I took them off! Friends loved them too, would definitely order from here again.”

“The diffraction glasses were off great quality and the effect is amazing, they also look a lot better than others I seen as their was no sort of warping in the lens and they were clear to see through, the guy fawkes mask was also good quality and then free stuff I got with the order and drawing on the invoice was a very nice touch and very personal”

“Fun glasses and great service! Placed an order of 2 pairs of glasses and recived a text that evening informing me one was out of stock and listed the colours that were in stock. Upgraded the delivery to first glass and chucked in some freebies to. Solid customer service!”
