“Sunday paid the money and the plates arrived next day. within the week the dvla sent a message Friday saying fit the plates. We did nothing except pay.”

“Orderd online...Called them...to sort out the Logbook with the DVLA ..they turned that around within 3 days!! Rather than wait..as Covid had closed departments.. no letters..all done by this brilliant team.For a nominal fee. 🤗”

“The transaction was as I expected and trouble free which I thank you for, the problem I have is when I asked if you was sending the V5C for the original plate I had on my vehicle so I could do what I wanted with the VRM as I believed I owned the plate the answer I got was that “” I should have stated I wanted the VRM as that incurs a further payment”” Surely this should have been stated at the time I ordered the new VRM, it feels like I was a little misled about that and to me I think this should have been explained in full when doing the purchase of my new VRM .”
