“I was a little apprehensive to order online, but I needn’t have been. It was simple. The easiest transaction I have made for a big purchase in a long time. I opted for TPPC to arrange the dvla transfer and it was all done in great time. I ordered this as a birthday present for my mum and was worried that the physical plates wouldn’t arrive in time, especially as I could not get my mums V5, but the plates were sent out ready for her birthday and I was able to send the V5 off afterwards. Amazing and simple from start to finish. Thanks”

“Martin answered all my questions and made the purchase so easy including all the paperwork transactions and the new plates. I was so impressed I have agreed to sell another private plate I have through them. The V5 has already arrived from the DVLA organised by PPC. I would use them again without question.”

“Excellent service from start to finish , I ordered my private plate on a Wednesday , sent what they needed on the Thursday , on Saturday I received email with certificate and the number plates arrived the same day , I received the new logbook with my private plate by the Wednesday all done within a week , I highly recommend this company they’ve been fantastic from start to finish . Thank you 😊”

“You told me that I would received a email within two days . which I didn’t had phone you to Remind you I got email after 7 days. I paid for number plate to be sent to me which you didn’t. All in all not a great service”

Hi Mr Soanes. You ordered the registration P16 HOF from us by phone on the Monday the 3rd August at 2:30 in the afternoon and we emailed a confirmation email asking you to send us a copy of your V5 and driving license so that we could transfer the registration for you via email to save you a trip to the post office and to keep you safe amidst the Coronavirus scare. You did call us 7 days later on the 10th August to say you hadn't received the email so we re-sent it. You then emailed us the pictures we required and we completed on the 11th August at 9:42am. So effectively, we transferred within 24 hours of receiving the relevant information. We don't think a 2 star review is in keeping with that service.
