“Wasn’t happy that I could not assign the number plate myself it cost me another £20 for them to do it. I’m not stupid I’ve done this a few times a bit of a con to get the extra £20”

Hi Simon. Thanks for taking the time to write a review however your review is slightly misleading. You said you were unhappy that you could not assign the transfer yourself but this is because your vehicle had a tax history issue and so the online transfer option was not made available to you by DVLA. You then called and asked us to arrange this service because you couldn't manage yourself, which we duly arranged for you for a small fee within 48 hours.

“Excellent service , bought 2 plates and everything went as smooth as could be expected. Already transferred 1 onto car and will be transferring second soon. Even though I didn't transfer straight away there was no issues with after sales from their customer service team.”

“Purchased quite late at night and did not get my acknowledgement email ! started to panic and stress so sent an email for which i got a reply at 11 pm!!(after about half hour) indicating i had typed my email incorrectly on original application,this was brilliant and fast,email said would resend am, so was able to relax and get some sleep . All was perfect and quick from this point. Would definitely use again,,,,,Thankyou very much”
