Hi. Thanks for the review. We did inform you on the 5th December that your car wasn't taxed. Once taxed, you then asked us to transfer in readiness for Christmas Day. We completed the transfer on the 23rd December and emailed you to say you could use it on the 25th so we are confused as to why you were in the dark?

“5* service for easiness and quickness! Sent my documents on the Friday, the guys done all the work and received an e-mail early Monday afternoon saying I can transfer my new plates onto my car. Would definitely recommend them.”

“Ordered this as a surprise Christmas present and it’s been such a breeze! I was a bit hesitant at first but they kept me informed throughout. Opted to get it transferred on Christmas Day and was sorted a few days before. They are very helpful on the phone too as I did forget to order the actual plates lol. They phoned me and made sure it was okay to speak in case the surprise got ruined which I thought was lovely. Would recommend going with the private plate company.”

“Bought my fiance a personalised number plate and was worried as I only had 10days to Christmas and i wanted it for a Christmas present. The Private Plate Company had the plates out and new reg number transferred in time for Christmas Day.....amazing, quick and smooth service....100% recommend!”

“Relax. It was all completed with a click of a button. The plate was easy to order and pay for. The communication was faultless. I opted for the complete package where the documents are all sorted and supplied and the number plate made. I only had to send a photo of my driving licence, and everything was done on my behalf. Arrangements were made for the V5 not to be sent before Christmas and this was also adhered to also. I can honestly say it was one of the easiest transactions I've ever had. Thank You.”
