“Having no knowledge of the process involved I turned to the private plate co to sort the matter out, I was not disappointed. The call handler had great knowledge and did everything for me, keeping me updated via e mail with what was required, and in what order. There was an issue caused by a delay at Swansea over taxing the vehicle, however, the issue was handled totally by the staff, who again, kept me updated every step of the way. Every day I was contacted with an update without having to chase them. I cannot praise them highly enough they even sorted out my number plate, which ended up going onto a motorcycle as I was having difficulty in finding a company to make one for it. A great experience all in all and I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing a private plate to let The Private Plate Company deal with it, it was so easy and stress-free, and a lot quicker than attempting to deal with the issues yourself. Thank you to the Private Plate Company.”
