“Plates were sent out too soon, not as stated on the instruction email. I asked for them to be changed from the ones I had selected as my partner didn’t like the style, and was refused, even though we still had not sent off the paperwork to change the plates. Overall efficient company but get your actual plates printed elsewhere and save money as they are over priced. I ended up doing this for half the price and even though I had paid out for the plates. Don’t try to surprise someone, make sure they check the plates first. The instruction/ process email is not accurate your plates are sent out straight away, no time to make any changes.”

Thanks for the review, but we are unable to change the style or design of the plates once they are made and dispatched to "your" specifications. It does clearly state that ordered cannot be cancelled or changed so as to prevent issues like this.

“Ordered for a 40th birthday surprise, ordered a month before needed thinking due to covid there would be a delay. The plates came within the week and the registration was done within 2 days of posting the log book. My partner loved his present and the service was second to none. Highly recommended”
