Your order for Y200 ASF cost £273.79 in total. We posted the certificate out to you and you received it on 16th December just 3 days after you ordered it. You then called us on the 20th December and asked if we could arrange the transfer to your husband's car for £23.94. We emailed you for documents that you incorrectly sent to us but eventually sent to us correctly by email on the 10th of January and we completed it immediately. You haven't paid us £325 00 as mentioned and you were extremely rude when we called you back.
