“This is an excellent company. My private plates arrived the day after ordering. Once I got the registration documents from DVLA (which took them a long time) the Private Plate co. took just 1 day to progress things and emailed me promptly to confirm all logistics completed and I could then fit the private plates. I do recommend them.”

“Ordered my plate within 2 days I had it then few days later all my paperwork came thru too. The only thing I would say is my front plate cracked and this also happened with my husbands and my brothers plate that we ordered from here in the same week”

“The plate is ace my son loved it for his 21st shame the surprise was spoilt by the DVLA. I used my details and my card to order the plate and said it needed to arrive before the 6th November as it was a present so I thought somebody would have realised and sent his new log addressed to me not him!!!!!! For future reference I think you should look into this so surprises aren't spoilt.”

Hi Kevin. We ask customers to tell us when they want the transfer completed so that he V5 arrives "after" the occasion so as not to spoil the surprise. DVLA post the new V5 documents and cannot send them to anyone other than the registered keeper of the car to prevent fraud and possible theft so your 3 star review is not really a reflection of the service we provided to you which was to transfer the registration before the 6th November. We are sorry if the surprise was spoiled but if you has stated the occasion was for the 6th November rather than saying it was to arrive before the 6th we would have prevented this happening.
