“I always compare prices with Amazon and the PiHut. Most bare components are ~5% cheaper on Amazon, and I get free next day shipping! But I've learnt, the PiHut components are tested and validated, always have documentation and support articles. The specs are always fully available, there are no ambiguous product titles, and when I buy something that says it's compatible, it is compatible. Delivery from the PiHut takes one extra day. But it's 100% reliable, and costs a couple of quid. Worth it.”

“I placed my order roughly 12:00 on a working day and to my surprise I received the Dual Fan Heatsink Case for Raspberry Pi 4 next day. Very impressed. What's more after install heat sink it gave a vast improvement, normal temp 60 Celsius or 57 roughly. Pi is running Pihol and unbound. After install average temp is 43 Celsius. I have also installed BandwidthD. Pi is serving as 2 DNS for 2 VLANS and receiving a mirror via the Ethernet port with use of another VLAN. Getting to grips with Pi's Network Manager is a challenge but that is nothing to do with PHut and my order. Highly recommend PiHut and heat sink. All the best”

“All good. Decent website, good information on the website, easy trolly/cart experience. Just enough emails to keep me informed of dispatch and delivery. On this particular order though, the packaging could have used a little more bubble wrap - the components are usually robust, but things like the AI HAT that have soldered chips on boards can sometimes be knocked off with sudden impact. And on a £100 item, thats annoying. Ive seen it done on the wireless LED controllers (nothing to do with PI Hut btw)... But yeah, quality products, quality service. Thanks. “I've used PiHut several times and have always had a great service. I recently ordered some PoE HATs but realised i'd mistakenly bought them for Raspberry Pi 3B boards instead of 3B+ models. The return was handled quickly and professionally, and I recieved a full refund including the original shipping. I'll happily buy form them again and have no hesitation in recomending them.
