“All good. Decent website, good information on the website, easy trolly/cart experience. Just enough emails to keep me informed of dispatch and delivery. On this particular order though, the packaging could have used a little more bubble wrap - the components are usually robust, but things like the AI HAT that have soldered chips on boards can sometimes be knocked off with sudden impact. And on a £100 item, thats annoying. Ive seen it done on the wireless LED controllers (nothing to do with PI Hut btw)... But yeah, quality products, quality service. Thanks. “I've used PiHut several times and have always had a great service. I recently ordered some PoE HATs but realised i'd mistakenly bought them for Raspberry Pi 3B boards instead of 3B+ models. The return was handled quickly and professionally, and I recieved a full refund including the original shipping. I'll happily buy form them again and have no hesitation in recomending them. “Although the Chinese suppliers can undercut Pi Hut on many products, it's usually worth spending a bit more here to be sure I'm getting exactly the right product with the right options with immediate delivery. Pi Hut also delivers access to the correct documentation for what it sells. This makes a big difference for the amateur and small volume professional developer.”

“Looking for a case for my Rasp Pi 4. As usual turned to Amazon. Cases had mixed reviews so did a search and the reviews for the Rasp api 4 case were excellent. Ordered at 3pm delivered next day by 10am. Better case, quicker service why bother with the competition.”
