“TLDR: Make sure your shipping address is absolutely spot on before confirming your order! Unfortunately, my auto-fill settings on my laptop amalgamated my current address with my previous one, which I didn't notice until after I completed the order. I contacted customer service within 5 minutes of placing the order. They responded within 30 minutes of placing the order, stating that there was nothing they could do apart from letting the package go due to the speed at which packages are "picked, packed and added to the very big stack of parcels". The customer service, whilst frustrating, was extremely prompt, which is why I've given 2 stars. As it currently stands, I'm waiting for Royal Mail to return the items to PiHut so that I can arrange for a refund and place the order again.”

“Quick delivery, items as described and products well packaged. One thing I would like to see improved is the quality of the keyboard. Although it's satisfactory considering the price point, there are a few keys that often don't register input and require a harder push (particularly the "T"). Overall, very happy with the service and the products.”

“I have the Argon One V5 case, single SSD option with a Raspberry Pi 5 4GB RAM. Libreelec/Kodi is installed and the setup is used as a media player. Overall I'm very pleased with the case, it looks good and is a solid build. There are a couple of things to be aware of when putting the case together: 1) Make sure the Pi board and the HDMI-Audio board are firmly connected, otherwise no power 2) Make sure the U-shaped PCIe connector is properly connected, otherwise no detection of the NVMe drive To enable the USB ports and set the boot drive order add the following lines to flash/config.txt text file: BOOT_ORDER=0xf416 dtoverlay=dwc2,dr_mode=host The boot order of 0xf416 sets the OS to NVMe drive, USB mass storage device followed by SD card. I'm quite happy to recommend The PiHut.”

“After reading the reviews, I expected my item to be delivered the next day after ordering well before 2pm. It didn't. A little annoying to be paying for 1st class post when it isn't sent out the same day. I have so far asked two questions about the product and haven't received any replies. My RP500 still doesn't find a network when a working ethernet cable is plugged in to it so is practically useless. I will not be purchasing from here again.”
