“Hey - Mistakes happen but wasn't exactly the best experience. 2 critical components were missing, frustrating there was no communication on it up front, there was no mention of this in the order when received, i chased support and they just immediately refunded it and said the parts were out of stock. There was no looking into alternatives and basically just said i'd have to order again, which is then more postage for me to pay. I pushed back on that and they said that i could order again and they'd refund the postage of the new order which is appreciated but it just felt like so much back and forth to get to that point, nothing was proactive and just left a bit of a perturbed feeling. Hopefully just a one off experience.”

“Great and quick service. I bought a Raspberry Pi 5 with a power supply and a microSD card with Raspbian pre-installed. Everything worked out of the box, and I would gladly return to The Pi Hut for future hobby purchases.”

“Decided to buy a Pi500 and looked around for price/service etc. and found the Pi Hut were both competitive and supplied support along with a wide selection of accessories. I placed my order around lunchtime and the very next morning the parcel arrived at 8am, I was amazed at the super fast service and will certainly use them again, thank you.”

“The rink display is great but it wasn't easy to get it working on a pi (following wavesharw advice) and an esp32 was tricky but now have it working (GxEPD2 library)”

“I have placed numerous orders with Pi Hut over the last 9 months. The website is easy to use but, perhaps more importantly, product descriptions often include thoughtful details that remove the need to contact Support for clarification; excellent. Goods despatch quickly, arrived the next day and are safely and securely packaged. I'm organising my next order, which says it all really.”

“My only 2 cents is that once placed the order, it’s not possible to cancel the order. Often, I forget to add items and I have to make another order… otherwise it’s great”

“Pi Hut are my go-to for everything except batteries (due to courier restrictions) or specific components! They have supported all my projects since I began 9 months ago, and I have never had any issues with any of my orders both in delivery times, wait times or component quality!”

“As daft as it sounds, finding products, reading the reviews - I was after a fanless heatsink/case was a doddle, checkout was speedy and uncomplicated. My only kerfuffle came from trying to create an account, which I'll contact the Pihut about separately as it's as likely my side as theirs.”
