“I find the lack of a direct contat has had a detriment to how I view your Company. The delay in responses via the Ticket system is an issue for me as is the fact that I cannot speak to a person in real time.”

“Never received my order. The delivery address was incorrect which caused Royal mail to lose the package. Cannot get replacement or refund unless they get the package back which is impossible, wasted time going to delivery offices, lesson learned.”

“I’ve made several small orders from pihut. The price is always reasonable. Delivery’s are incredibly quick! I admit I’m an Amazon prime addict but generally I find pihut half the price and comes just as quickly”

“Cannot fault the products or service offered by Pihut....I was looking for a Dummy usb load stick to stop my new bathroom cabinet powering off the powerbank all the time as it was using so little current in standby mode ...it cured the problem and the bonus of the cover for it makes it even better for having it in the bathroom ..... i am very happy, and have mentioned Pihut in my bathroom cabinet review for people having the same problem.”
