Not good. 5 days later evri seem to have lost the parcel, I've yet to have a response from pi hut as they don't have a phone number (logging a ticket every time you need to speak to them is not good customer service) overall not a great customer experience. If evri hadn't been involved I'm sure it would have gone smoother.

Everything was especially the packaging of products that I have ordered, I didn't expect that XAIO esp32c6 is so tiny but it's even better for my project

the website is excellent, I like that it recommends anything else you may need alongside the item you are buying. I have ordered from them a few times over the last year, the experience was always excellent. The emails updating the progress of the order are very clear and helpful. The delivery is always very fast.

I ordered the advent calendar for myself. Yes! I likes the concept so much that I needed to have one, and explore it's content. The package was received in 24h and I dared open the first box which gave me something to start with... Can't wait to reveal the content of the other boxes.

Items 1PM Gen4 device and BLU Remote Control ZB - I bought these as my 1st foray into Home Automation intending to use Home Assistant. I read all I could and thought they would work together. More fool I. Trying to control Lounge wall lights. They both offer Bluetooth and I had a chance they might work together. Ha ha. I go to support Shelly and meet AI (artifical information). Another 1st for Nig. It was very good. After the right questions I learn; these will not talk to each other using BT; other Shelly products might. I should say the device and the zapper are very good and I still atm have hopes. Running in parallel with the Shelly failure is my P5/Home Assistant failure. The Raspberry image is ****. The lesson: direct both Shelly Items to Zigbee format; buy a Home Assistant Green; additionally buy a Home Assistant TB-2 (I think) and link said Shelly bit via 1) browser 2) to TB-2 to HA Green. Of course all this is a chunk of cash. I think/hope, after being introduced, the controller/zapper will operate the Lounge wall light. Dimming and ON/OFF. But this is still my theory. There may even be a part 2 Thanks for asking Jamie 🙂

Excellent service. Quick delivery and correct packing. I particularly want to commend you for giving me the opportunity to pay a little extra for delivery so that I can select Royal Mail (who are good, round here) rather than any of the slightly cheaer courier companies who like to toss packages over the back gate.

No matter what I tried (hours at it) it would not boot from the usb port. Constantly reporting, 'Fat Red failed 8737, init ram FJ-2712'. Bought it specifically to boot from my nvme m.2 drive via USB 3 port, as I had ordered the Hailo 8 26 tops Hat. I was told by Tech help at the PI Hut, I quote "This should perform no differently to a USB SSD adapter using an asmedia chip - it's just on a convenient PCB format instead of an adapter'. I am using raspberry pi's offical 45watt power supply. In the end I got an Orico M.2 NVMe SSD Drive Enclosure, PWM2-G2, booted first time and still running
