“I found the website to be very user friendly for a Pi newbie like me. I was getting assistance from Gemini but the kit I bought fit together well and worked first time! The kit was delivered in a timely fashion and I didn't have to wait long to get my hands on the new tech:-).”

“Was a good experience the order came right on time and everything is working as normal the only thing that I would like to add is if if a micro is the adapter is added to the Rasberry Pi Starter Kit that would be great. Or atleast mentioned as a related item below the starter kit.”

“Overall good experience. In general, ThePiHut has the parts I need at competitive prices, and the online order process is easy. I did once have a bad experience when I bought some parts; I forget what, but nothing very high value (perhaps a couple USB adapters), and they were lost in transit / delivered to the wrong premises. However, this was entirely the fault of the courier (Evri), and after I explained, ThePiHut promptly sent out a replacement shipment. On my latest order, I selected Royal Mail 1st Class, and my parts arrived exactly on time. Top job.”
