“As far as I know you’ve done everything needed, but your choice of delivery firm, Evri, has been found wanting. They originally said the package was out for delivery on Tuesday last week. A week on I am being told they need another 48 hours to do a thorough search to try and locate it. I would very much argue that the shipping costs should be refunded in this scenario.”

“Excellent process - I ordered a PiKVM Mini V4 for remote working whilst outside of the country, I needed an option that would give me full access to a corporate laptop which is locked down to USB mass storage devices (The device allows you to disable USB passthru) I can input Bitlocker pins and reboot the machine from the other side of the planet! ThePiHut fulfilled the order super quickly, I ordered it and it seemed like it arrived the next day, really impressed, this is my first Rasperry Pi product & I will use ThePiHut again for any future orders.”

“Thank you for the free entry into the lucky draw. I would like to add a coment regarding your delivery. I would probably purchase more from Pi Hut if the time base for delivery was better. If I select Evri which is one you use the delivery time is exteneded. I will not order from you using Evri agian. FYI : I order items from China which arrved quicker.”
